The memorial site has four sections.

A permanent exhibition of the camp’s history was installed in 2005 in the town hall of the local community of Gäufelden-Tailfingen. It facilitates an encounter with the camp’s history and its former prisoners, carefully studied and documented by the association’s volunteers.

Free of barriers and always freely accessible are the following sections: A monument was erected at the end of the starting runway of the former airfield. It shows the names of the victim using an unusual design.

During pedagogic work with students plastic works of art were created, which have become part of the wide memorial area of the historical airfield terrain.

Twelve stations of the camp history can be best experienced by bicycle.

The memorial site is organised based on volunteer work and offers guided tours of different formats, including with youth guides and project days.
